Kai-Uwe Schrogl is Professor of Political Science at the University of Tübingen and Special Advisor for Political Affairs at the European Space Agency (ESA) in Paris. He has held senior roles in European space policy, including Chief Strategy Officer at ESA, Director of the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) in Vienna, and a leadership position at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). From 2019 to 2021, he was seconded to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin to support the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
